Idiopathic pulmonary haemosiderosis (IPH) is a rare disorder characterized by recurrent bouts of haemoptysis, iron deficiency anaemia, and pulmonary infiltrates on chest radiography. We present such a case and believe that it is the first report from the Middle East.
