II: Use of a Family Planning Technical Card in an Integrated Maternal and Child Health Program

A family planning technical card, used over a 6-year period in a program of integrated medicine in a developing country is presented.

Its easy use by the health workers has been quite helpful for:

  1. Routine running of family planning integrated clinics
  2. Collection of data
  3. Continuous evaluation of the program
  4. Research purposes

The results, described in part 1 of the study, have been partially based on the information recorded on this card.
